TRINITY INSTITUTION was incorporated by its founder, the Reverend Creighton R. Storey, in 1921 as a Community Center to meet the many needs of the residents of the South End of Albany. Its precepts and values were rooted in the Judeo-Christian principles of faith, love and caring for all. Today, Trinity Institution-Homer Perkins Center, Inc. continues Reverend Storey's mission to provide services to the community that will support and promote healthy families, adults and children, including efforts to assist in restoring dignity and respect to individuals and families.
Trinity Institution-Homer Perkins Center, Inc. is dedicated to improving the neighborhood as a setting for family life, strengthening family life, assisting in the development of family and youth, and promoting education and employment as a means of self development and realization.
